Welcome Back!
Welcome back, Chargers! We are looking forward to an exciting year of learning. At Hilltop High School, our Mission is to accommodate students in a welcoming environment that provides high quality, relevant, and meaningful educational opportunities for all students. We strive to develop lifelong learners who respect diversity, are socially responsible, and capable global citizens.
We would like to extend a warm welcome to the following new staff members; Ms. Beth Bissonnette will be joining the English Department. Mr. Sebastien Smith joins the Math, Science and French department. Mr. Paul Marinus will be teaching Mechanics. As well, Ms. Petra Lewis will be joining Gateway Academy as a full-time Math and Science teacher. We welcome you all to the Hilltop family.
The first day back for students is Wednesday, September 1 (Grade 9 only) and Thursday, September 2nd (All Grades).
Upon arrival, students will proceed to their homeroom (lists will be posted in hallways) where they will receive a hard copy of their timetables and alphabetically(by grade) assigned lockers. Students will also reset their PowerSchool passwords at this time, allowing them access to their schedules digitally.
Please note* Vending machines and microwaves will not be available for use at this time.

*Please make note of important days, such as FLEX days. All students who are NOT nominated for FLEX block will receive an early lunch hour on FLEX days only. Students who are nominated by their teachers for FLEX block are expected to attend. A reminder that parents are welcome to nominate their child for FLEX at any time.
