Parent Teacher Interviews
Our Parent/Teacher Interviews for Quarter 4 are scheduled for Thursday, May 27, 2021 from 3:25 pm to 5:25 pm.
To book an interview with your child’s Teacher, please visit hilltophigh.ca and find the bookings tab in the menu to register. Parents will have the option to choose between a telephone or online interview. Once you are registered, you will find a drop down menu; choose Hilltop and your child’s Quarter 4 Teacher(s), followed by selecting the available eight-minute time slot that works best for you.
Registration closes May 21, 2021 at 12:00 pm. If you need assistance or are unsure of whom your child’s teachers are, please check the ParentPortal in PowerSchool or contact the front office at 780-778-2446. Teachers are looking forward to hearing from you!
Please note: Due to afterschool bus supervision, Mr. Finan and Mrs. Sanderson will not be available for bookings until 4:05 pm. In addition, Mrs. Gartner will be unavailable for bookings; instead, her substitute Ms. Lewis will be conducting her interviews. Mrs. Van De Kerckhove will also be unavailable for bookings; Mrs. Trebilcock will be conducting interviews for Inreach class instead.
